We accept returns & exchanges on all full-priced items only if you have bought a defective item or should a product be deemed faulty within 10 days from the date of shipping. Please accept our apologies. We will send the new piece to the customer at no charge and will request our customer to return the defective item to us. We will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred to return the parcel. If there are no more new pieces in our stock, we will offer a full refund. Alternatively, you may also opt for store credits which must be used fully within 3 months from the date of issue.
