PAYMENT OPTIONS
Offline Payment
When your online orders are completely checked out at our website, we suggest you to note down your order number and the total price for your future reference with us and please follow the below instructions for making payment.
Step 1: Wait for an order confirmation email which will be sent to you shortly, within 24 hours.
**We do not recommend you to make the payment prior to receiving order confirmation email from us.

Step 2: After receiving email from us, kindly review and make payment to:
PAYNOW: Please select UEN option and key in PAYNOW ID 53320192J to make the payment (company name: HUGME KIDS)
UOB business account no. 349-311-757-0 or
POSB saving account no. 247-82473-1
**We recommend you to keep the transaction receipt/ evidence until you get the payment confirmation from us.

Step 3: After successfully transferred to our bank account, please proceed with the payment verification by sending us your order number and payment amount to satisingapore.info@gmail.com or to our Facebook inbox message. Any attached receipt or evidence would be much appreciated.
Step 4: We will then verify and confirm the receipt of payment to you and start preparing the delivery

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We endeavor to process and ship your orders within 3 days upon receipt of payment confirmation. We will notify you once your parcel is shipped out. However, some orders may take longer to process e.g. during peak season, sale periods, holidays and unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you if the processing time will take longer than 3 days. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
All orders both local shipping (within Singapore) and international shipping will be sent via Singapore Post. All packages will be shipped uninsured and our liability ends upon acceptance of the package by the post office. We will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost, misplaced or damaged in transit. We recommend that you opt for the registered mail delivery. Please contact Singapore Post on all issues concerning non-delivery or damage.
Registered Mail: Although it is an optional, we prefer and encourage you to ship by using Registered Mail which is fully trackable and requires a signature upon delivery. It is important for us to offer a trackable mode to ensure that our customers are fully informed of their order status and receive their packages promptly. We will notify each customer the tracking number when the package is sent out. The shipment of all parcels sent via Registered Mail usually takes 2-3 working days from the date of shipping.
**Some orders may take longer to reach you during peak season because of the heavy volume of parcels at the post office.
Additional cost of SGD2.00 is applied for all orders lower than SGD20.00 and Free of charge for all purchasing of SGD20.00 and above.
Normal Mail: We do not charge any additional cost for normal mail services (untracked mail). We will notify each customer when the package is sent. The shipment of all parcels sent via Normal Mail usually takes 3-5 working days from the date of shipping.
